In Spanish, there are four main ways to talk about a future action. In addition to the four ways listed below, the future subjunctive and future perfect subjunctive are also used, but their use is rare in modern Spanish. USE 1 Unspecified Time Before Now. We use the present perfect to say that an action happened at an unspecified time before now. The exact time is not important.
